Article 1 Title, application and interpretation

The title of this Order is the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.2) Order 2012 and it applies in relation to Wales.

In this Order—

  • “the Measure” (“y Mesur”) means the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011; and

  • “the commencement date” (“y dyddiad cychwyn”) is 3 September 2012.
