Article 2
The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 shall be amended by inserting in the columns in Part A of Schedule 1 thereto (application to hovercraft of certain enactments relating to vessels)—
(a)
after the entry relating to section 76 of the Public Health Act 1961 the following:—
“
The Transport Act 1962, section 67(2) 1962 c. 46 — ”;
(b)
after the entry relating to the Firearms Act 1968 the following:—
“
The Transport Act 1968, Schedule 16, paragraph 4(5) 1968 c. 73. — ”.
