Article 2

The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972^f1 shall be amended by deleting from Part A of Schedule 2 thereto the following:

(a)

the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1968^f2 section 16 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3; and

(b)

the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1971^f3 section 27 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3.
