The Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1(4) (citation, commencement and interpretation), insert “ UK ” before “marketing authorisation”.
(3)
In regulation 5(2)(c)(i) (exception for medicines indicated for the treatment of persons under 18), insert “ UK ” before “marketing authorisation”.
