Regulation 346^f1 (Secretary of State to carry out a review of certain provisions) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (c) after paragraph (xxviiif)^f2 insert—

“(xxviiifa)

(b)

in sub-paragraph (d), for paragraph (iva)^f3 substitute—

“(iva)
