Regulation 19 Amendment of regulation 110

In regulation 110 (revocation, variation and suspension of certificate of registration), after paragraph (8) insert—

“(8A)

Condition H is that the manufacture and control of the product to which the certificate relates is not in compliance with the particulars provided under regulation 103(8)(c) and (d).”
