Regulation 20 Amendment of regulation 135

In regulation 135 (revocation, variation and suspension of traditional herbal registration), after paragraph (10) insert—

“(10A)

Condition J is that the manufacture of the product to which registration relates is not carried out in compliance with the particulars provided under paragraphs 5 and 9 of Schedule 12.”
