In section 72 (representative of pharmacist in case of death or disability)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(c) M1, for the words from “a committee” to the end of paragraph (c) substitute “a controller is appointed in his case under the Mental Health (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 M2 ”; and

(b)

in paragraph (4)(c) for “committee” substitute “ controller ”.
