In article 5(2)(b) of the Specified Animal Pathogens Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 M1 for “the Medicines for Human Use (Marketing Authorisations Etc.) Regulations 1994” substitute “ the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ”.
