In article 4(4) of the Medicines (Aristolochia and Mu Tong etc) (Prohibition Order) 2001 M1, for the words following “marketing authorisation” to the end of the paragraph substitute “ , certificate of registration, traditional herbal registration or Article 126a authorisation within the meaning of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. ”
