Article 2
(1)
There shall be a single coroner’s district, called the East Riding and Hull Coroner’s District, for the Counties of the East Riding of Yorkshire and the City of Kingston upon Hull (which counties come into existence on 1st April 1996 by virtue of article 5(1) of the Humberside (Structural Change) Order 1995)f1.
(2)
The Council of the City of Kingston upon Hull shall be the relevant council within the meaning of section 1(1A) of the 1988 Actf2 for the coroner’s district constituted by paragraph (1) above.
