(1)

There shall be a single coroner’s district, called the North Lincolnshire and Grimsby Coroner’s District, for the Counties of North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire (which counties come into existence on 1st April 1996 by virtue of article 5(1) of the Humberside (Structural Change) Order 1995).

(2)

The Council of the District of North Lincolnshire shall be the relevant council within the meaning of section 1(1A) of the 1988 Act for the coroner’s district constituted by paragraph (1) above.
