In section 2 (jurisdiction: appeals)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), omit “, 83(2) or 83A(2)”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(b), omit “, 83(2) or 83A(2)”;

(c)

in subsection (2), omit paragraphs (d), (h) and (l);

(d)

omit subsections (3) and (4);

(e)

in subsection (5), omit “against an immigration decision”;

(f)

omit subsection (6).

In section 2B (appeal to SIAC against deprivation of citizenship), omit the words from “(and” to the end.
