Omit subsection (4).
In subsection (4A), for “subsections (4B) and (4C)” substitute “ subsection (4B) ”.
In subsection (4B)—
for “the ground relating to the Refugee Convention specified in section 84(1)(g)” substitute “ a ground specified in section 84(1)(a) or (b) or 84(3) (asylum or humanitarian protection) ”;
omit paragraph (a) (and the “and” immediately following it).
Omit subsections (4C) and (5).
