The British Nationality Act 1981 is amended as follows.
In section 14 (meaning of “British citizen “by descent””), in subsection (1), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)the person is a British citizen by descent by virtue of section 4F(3), 4G(2), 4H(2) or 4I(4); or”.
