Section 23 (power for residence restriction to include requirement to reside at accommodation centre) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for “restriction” substitute “ condition ”.

For subsection (2) substitute—

In subsection (1) “residence condition” means a condition imposed under Schedule 10 to the Immigration Act 2016.”
