Article 2

In this Order—

• “the 1971 Act” means the Immigration Act 1971;

• “the 1981 Act” means the British Nationality Act 1981;

• “the 1987 Act” means the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987; and

• “the 1988 Act” means the Immigration Act 1988;

and “Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey.
