1.—(1) An Order made under section 3A of the 1971 Act may make provision with respect to leave given before the commencement of section 1. (2) An Order made under section 3B of the 1971 Act may make provision with respect to leave given before the commencement of section 2. (3) In this paragraph “commencement” means commencement in accordance with the Immigration (Jersey) Order 2021. |
