An Act to alter certain Provisions in the Acts for the Commutation of Tithes, the Copyhold Acts, and the Acts for the Inclosure, Exchange, and Improvement of Land; and to make Provision towards defraying the Expense of the Copyhold, Inclosure, and Tithe Office.

“The Commissioners” means the Inclosure Commissioners for England and Wales, Tithe Commissioners for England and Wales and Copyhold Commissioners whose functions are now exercisable by Secretary of State except those transferred to Tithe Redemption Commission by Tithe Act 1836 (c. 43), s. 30(1)(a) and now exercisable by Commissioners of Inland and Revenue: Settled Land Act 1882 (c. 38), s. 48(1), Board of Agriculture Act 1889 (c. 30), s. 2(1)(b), Sch. 1 Pt.
