in paragraph (2), sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted;

in paragraph (4), for the words from “or (c) applies” to “(notional earnings of seasonal workers)” there shall be substituted the words “applies, where the income he is treated as possessing by virtue of regulation 42(3) (notional income)”.
