in paragraph (a) at the beginning, insert “except for a subscription made in accordance with regulation 5D(2)(a)(i),(iv) or (v),”; and

in paragraph (b) at the beginning, insert “except for a subscription made in accordance with regulation 5D(2)(a)(iv),”.
