Paragraph 6 F1
Only members appointed by virtue of F2sub-paragraph (1)(b) of paragraph 3 above shall vote on any matter relating to the imposition of a levy; and, accordingly, no such matter shall be decided except in accordance with the votes of the majority of the members who were so appointed.
