In subsection (1)—

(a)

after the first “Minister” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;

(b)

for “their” substitute “the local highway authority's”;

(c)

after the second “Minister” insert “ or the company ”.

(3)

In the heading, after “Minister” insert “ or strategic highways company ”.
