(4)

In subsection (3) after “accompanied by” insert “ a copy of ”.

In subsection (4)—

for “a local authority” substitute “ the Chief Land Registrar ”,

(b)

for “that authority” substitute “ the Chief Land Registrar ”,

(c)

omit “appropriate”, and

(d)
