The Housing and Planning Act 2016 is amended as follows.

In section 205(1), in the definition of “planning consent”—

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “Act,” omit “or”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), after “2008” insert—

“, or

(c)

infrastructure consent under the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024”.
