(1)

In Article 7 of the 1995 Order, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

omit from “of a liquidator” to “Article 38 of the EC Regulation),”;

(b)

for “in relation to a member” substitute “in relation to the partnership or a member of the partnership”.

(2)

In consequence of subsection (1)(a), omit Article 3 of the Insolvent Partnerships (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (SR 2003/144).
