In paragraph (1), after “such creditors” insert “, other than opted-out creditors,”.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), after “company” insert “, other than opted-out creditors”;

(b)

omit the words after sub-paragraph (b).

(4)

Omit paragraph (3).
