(1)

Article 87 (appointment of liquidation committee) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “The creditors at the meeting to be held under Article 84 or at any subsequent meeting may, if they think fit,” substitute “The creditors may in accordance with the rules”.

(3)

In paragraph (3)—

(a)

for “resolve”, in both places that it occurs, substitute “decide”;

(b)

for “the persons mentioned in the resolution”, in both places that it occurs, substitute “those persons”.
