Article 230 (nominee’s report on debtor’s proposal) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (a), insert “and”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (aa), for “a meeting of the debtor’s creditors should be summoned to” substitute “the debtor’s creditors should”;

(c)

at the end of sub-paragraph (aa), omit “, and”;

(d)

omit sub-paragraph (b).

In paragraph (5), for “a meeting of the debtor’s creditors should be summoned to” substitute “the debtor’s creditors should”.

(4)

In paragraph (6), for “a meeting of the debtor’s creditors to be summoned” substitute “the debtor’s creditors”.
