Article 274 (creditors’ committee) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (1), for the words from “a general meeting” to “or otherwise)” substitute “a bankrupt’s creditors”.

(3)

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

for “A general meeting of the bankrupt’s creditors” substitute “The bankrupt’s creditors”;

(b)

for “an appointment made by that meeting” substitute “the appointment”.
