In Rule 1.24 in paragraph (2)(ca) for the words “whether the proceedings are main proceedings, secondary proceedings or territorial proceedings;” substitute “ whether the proceedings are COMI proceedings, establishment proceedings, or proceedings to which the EU Regulation as it has effect in the law of the United Kingdom does not apply; ”M1 .
