Rule 41 Amendment to Rule 6A.2

In Rule 6A.2(1) at the end, there shall be inserted—

    1. (c)

      in the circumstances set out in (a) and (b) above, the debtor’s gender, date of birth and any name by which he was known, not being the name in which he has entered into the voluntary arrangement”.
