In Rule 7.36—

(a)

in the heading for “sheriff” substitute “officers charged with execution of writs or other process”;

(b)

in paragraph (1) for “a sheriff” substitute “an enforcement officer, or other officer, charged with execution of the writ or other process;” and for “the sheriff's” substitute “the enforcement officer’s or other officer's”; and

(c)

in paragraph (3) for “sheriff” substitute “enforcement officer”.
