Rule 41 Amendment of Part 7I1

In Rule 7.36 (Applications for costs) in paragraph (2), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

in proceedings other than those relating to a debt relief order, on the responsible insolvency practitioner and—

(i)

in a winding up by the court or bankruptcy, on the official receiver; or

(ii)

in proceedings under Part 1A of the Order, on the company to which the moratorium relates; or”.
