In Rule 1.01 (Scope of this Part; interpretation)—

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)
Chapter 2 applies where the proposal for the voluntary arrangement is made by the directors of the company and the company is neither in liquidation nor in administration;”.

(b)

In sub-paragraph (e) omit “with or without a moratorium”.

(c)

Omit sub-paragraph (f).

(2)

Omit paragraph (4).
