Article 51 Calculation of time periods

In Schedule 5—

(a)

for paragraph 2(2)(a)(ii)(aa) substitute—

“(aa)

the day before the date corresponding to the date in the month on which it begins, or”; and

(b)

for paragraph 2(2)(b)(ii)(aa) substitute—

“(aa)

the day after the date corresponding to the date in the month on which it ends, or”.
