Rule 51 Amendment of Part 12 of the Insolvency Rules

Rule 12.52 (orders enforcing compliance) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)

section A36 (provision of information to monitor);”.

(3)

In paragraph (2), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)

under section A36, the monitor;”.
