Rule 50 Amendment of Part 12 of the Insolvency Rules

Rule 12.48 (application for costs) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

in proceedings other than those relating to a debt relief order, on the office-holder and—

(i)

in a winding up by the court or a bankruptcy, on the official receiver; or

(ii)

in proceedings under Part A1 of the Act, on the company to which the moratorium relates; or”.
