Regulation 3 Amendments to 1990 Regulations

Paragraph (2) below shall apply to any application made to a competent authority on or after the commencement date.

There shall be added at the end of paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 1 the words “or by any institution specified from time to time by Order of the Privy Council under section 76(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992^f1 or section 48(1) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992^f2”.
