Rule 4.205 Making and enforcement of the callI1

(1)

[FORM 4.58] Notice of the call shall be given to each of the contributories concerned, and shall specify—

(a)

the amount or balance due from him in respect of it, and

(b)

whether the call is made with the sanction of the court or the liquidation committee.

(2)

[FORM 4.59] Payment of the amount due from any contributory may be enforced by order of the court.
