Rule 4.25A Notice of appointmentF1
(1)
Where a provisional liquidator has been appointed the court shall forthwith give notice of the fact to the official receiver.
(2)
A copy of that notice shall at the same time be sent by the court to the provisional liquidator where he is not the official receiver.
