Rule 6.225 Scope of this ChapterI1

The Rules in this Chapter relate to the manner in which, in the case of a second bankruptcy, the trustee in the earlier bankruptcy is to deal with property and money to which section 334(3) applies, until there is a trustee of the estate in the later bankruptcy.

“The earlier bankruptcy”, “the later bankruptcy” and “the existing trustee” have the meanings given by section 334(1).
