Paragraph 41 Rule 7.12

In paragraph (4) of Rule 7.12—

(a)

there shall be inserted after the words “by a person” the words “(whether personally or on his behalf by a proxy-holder),” and

(b)

there shall be substituted for the word “proxy” the words “proxy-holder”.
