These Rules may be cited as the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2008 and shall come into force on 6th April 2008 (“the commencement date”).
(2)
In these Rules “the 1986 Rules” means the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986f1 and, unless the context otherwise requires, references to numbered Rules are to the Rules so numbered in the 1986 Rules.
