The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 420(1) and (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986^f1 and section 21(2) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986^f2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, hereby makes the following Order:—
