Paragraph 23 Section 387: The “relevant date”I1

Section 387 is modified so as to read as follows—

“387

Where an order has been made in respect of an insolvent partnership by virtue of article 11 of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994, references in Schedule 6 to this Act to the relevant date (being the date which determines the existence and amount of a referential debt) are to the date on which the said order was made.”.
