Regulation 2 Interpretation
(1)
In these Regulations—
-
“the 1982 Act” means the Insurance Companies Act 1982f1;
-
“the commencement date” means 30th December 1994.
(2)
In these Regulations expressions which are used in the 1982 Act have the same meanings as in that Act.
