Regulation 4 Amendment of previous Regulations

After regulation 2 (interpretation), there shall be inserted the following regulation—

“Date by which area aid applications must be submitted

For the purposes of Article 6(2) of Council Regulation 3508/92, and subject to Article 8 of Commission Regulation 3887/92, the last day on which an area aid application for any IACS year may be submitted to the competent authority shall be the 15th May immediately preceding the commencement of that IACS year.”.
