Regulation 5 Amendment of previous Regulations

In regulation 6 (powers of authorised persons)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), in sub-paragraph (a), after the word “measure” there shall be inserted the words “or field identification check”;

(b)

in paragraph (3)—

(i)

the word “and” shall be deleted, and

(ii)

after sub-paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—

“(c)

in the course of a field identification check, inspect any records which he has reasonable cause to believe are relevant to that check”.
