This Order may be cited as the Interception of Communications Act 1985 (Commencement) Order 1986.

The Interception of Communications Act 1985 shall come into force on 10th April 1986.

Explanatory note

This Order brings into force on 10 April 1986 the provisions of the Interception of Communications Act 1985.
